Opportunity, the employees are not considered insiders although if they traded on inside information they obtained, they might get into trouble.

Wittenberg is no longer an insider. He can trade all he wants.

Moro and Gold are indeed insiders and the Smithline contract prohibits them from exercising options and selling.
