Interesting thought-Sinopec cash. Is this just from you or from those contacts you referred to earlier,(ie .65 cash and 1:10 shares)? Just curious.

Exciting times..yes?

Best,

Wouldn't ADDAX have to report that? I would be mighty upset if I was an ADDAX stockholder and sold my shares cheap when ADDAX knew all along SNP was going to buy them out on a specified date for a specified price at a knowingly far greater price than current SP.

Good Afternoon!

Was the Addax for ERHC swap 10:1 or 100:1?

Thanks,

Any reason you mention Sinopec? Besides the obvious fact that the Chinese have trillions of dollars literally burning a hole in their pockets. XOM, CVX or any company with deep pockets could go on a JDZ buying spree. Good luck Farrel

I think Sinopec/Addax deal, for all intents and purposes, will be done before ERHE/Addax deal.
It will not be formally announced but will be done.
That way Addax doesn't have to have cash to make the ERHE deal....Sinopec will cover it.JMHO

Just that they have been mentioned as interested in Addax AND they have plenty of cash available.
