IMO this is a rare find and worthy of taking a real hard look, digging into the fundamentals and putting under a magnifying glass. Exactly. It's not a development stage company like so many of the turds out there. I mean...anyone here could start a pinksheet company...all you need is a creative idea...like: water to China OR super power drinks OR fuel alternatives from a weed OR swine flu vaccines from pig poop (LOL).
F3 has developed fantastic software as a service that is in high demand with that demand growing just as fast as the word about F3 spreads.
Conclusion: We're not raising money here for some chucklehead CEO's comfy lifestyle under the guise of yet another hair-brained idea. We're INVESTING in a company that has ALREADY PROVEN THEIR ABILITY TO PERFORM AND GENERATE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND DEALS.
