Rarely does the AS come down with a RS, unless the purpose of the rs is to meet uplisting requirements. In pinkyville, a rs is used when the os gets so huge that the sp is below what can be quoted... .0001 is a low as you can go. I don't see a rs here. I think KA will opt for increasing the AS to about 500 million.
