Believe it or not, they can start procedings against me without knowing my address. They can certainly try if they really believe I said anything false. Also, a requirement for slander is that it has to be *false* statements which defame the person. True statements which speak badly about a person aren't illegal.

I haven't said anything which was untrue. I backed up exactly why I believe they're swindlers. If they take me to court, I can virtually guarantee that they would be setting a precedent if shareholders eventually take them to court. It will certainly make any subsequent discovery phase much easier for shareholders.

For a less legal, more civil resolution, I offered to publicly recant anything I said which was untrue if they could show me it was untrue. They contacted me the second time--and they subsequently cut off communication with me twice. They're not interested in resolving anything--they're interested in pumping their stock. If they were truly honest, they would try to resolve this but they're not.
