This software could even be used by businesses to help the customers communicate with the owners of the company on a level that is more personal than email, especially with the chat feature. The owner could set up some type of "office hours" and the customers could take that time to answer questions, make announcements about sales or new products. Like I said before, the possibilities are endless with the Interaction software and that just adds to it attractiveness.

Using this software in schools also helps single parents keep up on things. A lot of parents never know about PTA meetings or even about sports events that are going on. This software also allows them to be able to keep up on their kids school work. They can contact teachers about any issues their kids are having in school instead of calling the school and waiting on a phone call that may not get returned for a few days.
