Great post Quinn! Finally something sensible to read. Your numbers all seem reasonable. I think we just have to continue to have patience. I expect no real news from eeso until after the buyout. I feel we would all be better off in the long run without a buyout, but my guess is eeso WILL be sold this time by Jarod.

Your posts continue to be the best. Restrained but positive information from the inside makes the negative views of others seem childish. At times I feel guilty to benefit from the DD from you, purdue, pilot and others.

I believe in EESO and will continue to support the price and hopefully my retirement. I will be in for more shares in the morning. If the want to hold the price down let's scoop up as much as they will let us have.

Thanks Quinn - good data here - this makes complete sense to me.

I beleive in a sale primarily based on the valuation of newly established partners and contracts. If one truly beleives in the message out of EESO's office and partners and individuals like yourself - the message is consistent in that EESO will not be sold less than what it's worth in current and future business - this is what I keep hearing from J,Mark and Craig D. Why wouldnt I doubt acquisition price to have a wide margin of the intial "lowball" offer. The other side of the message has been that ( all along , since LOI) things seem to be moving along very well and a steady line of contqct between buyer/seller. Seems like a good sign to me.

Thanks for sharing your communication with the powers to be......
