Sorry, gonna go with the company's SEC filing rather than your inside knowledge on how Sovereign treated all its customers.

I'm also going to assume that line item on the balance sheet labeled "inventory" at $1.4 million isn't a typo.

As for what if any money DKAM will make on KR beer sales, we'll just have to wait and see. But my hunch is that if MBC if funding everything up front and then DKAM is funding its sales to distributors with their new A/R credit line, it might be pretty tight for a while. Not to mention Kid Rock's cut and anyone else who is providing marketing and other support. Of course, it would help if the company released any information about the KR beer situation.

Maybe you should read the filing, Soverign reduced the line of credit to virtually nothing because of the Olifant acquisition, it even states that in English in their filing, says Olifant and everything. I believe the filing before I believe a message board poster.LOL.IMO

Have you looked up MBC, not exactly a huge operation, so you expect them to front all the money, LMAO! Some here say pre-orders are 3M cases, so that's what $15-$21M production costs, and MBC is supposed to front that, LMAOA! Or is it going to take 3 years for those 3M cases to go out, 100,000 cases a time waiting for the money to be paid so then MBC can make another 100,000 cases and then wait for the money to be paid, and over and over. Sorry, somebody has to pay for the cans/bottles, packaging, beer, there aren't any free rides, not with such a small operation as MBC. Good try! IMO

The $10,000,000 credit line was lost because PK broke the cantract in not getting permission for the purchase of Olifant. Pure and simple.

Reading between the lines and strictly my opinion, it looks a lot like they were just looking for an excuse to get away from Drinks.

It is no mystery why the pps is $.14 either, IMO.
