Ungagging the T/A (transfer agent) and reducing the A/S (authorized maximum number of shares) would once and for all shut up folks like me who are freaking out over whether the company engineered a temporary O/S (outstanding share) reduction for the 10q.
We would officially have to eat a ton of crow -- which would be fine with me, because at that point folks would be crazy not to buy up every share someone was crazy enough to offer below 3 cents.
Next Tuesday? If this really happens, my gut tells me it will be major. Please, please let this be a typo-free event with no asterisks or intentions or caveats and one that occurs on time.
