I agree with fivestar... non-filing of financials by pinkies will eventually lead to total suspension of trading and revocation of the company registration by the SEC... And other non-filings are just as shady.. Pink sheets stocks are much more shady, imo, than OTCBB's.

This company is hiding something... and it's not good, imo.

Well put, I traded OTCBB when I started trading. Now I stick thereto NASDAQ and listed. I feel there is much better opportunities there.

One of the major things I see is that institutions won't touch a OTCBB stock and for good reason.
