I found it amusing that once again jared touted the Nevada SOS site for stock info yet it clearly shows no preferred shares. Perhaps he should stop touting something that could easily be out of date and is not accurate, surely he noticed that?
Ownership of the preferred conveys control of the company not board membership. There is no board or directors I know of and Jared is the sole officer, Prez, treasurer and secretary.
