this stock has been expose a long time ago when everyone found out that Dan Ryan was the CEO.


ON their website... they posted the "letter of acceptance", but not the license agreement.

If you email Nino from Tectane..he will tell you that the licenses agreement was never signed.


My post kepts getting deleted because i found out the Dan Ryan;s witness on the letter of acceptance is Eric Van Nguyen who is also the moderator on this board... Xplosivestocks.

DO a domain "who is" on this and u will see that it is regrister to Eric Van Nguyen.

The same person that is Dan Ryan's partner for stock manipulation..


Then remember that they first release their disclosure on pinksheets on april 16 but put in in the inactive section after us sharehold found many errors on it....


BIg error : listed LVLV ceo instead on Tony Bisante and even put LVLV instead on PGYC on the signture page.


go to the LVLV on this site.... and u will see that eric van nguyen is also the moderator.
