The market it waiting for 2:15pm to hear the announcement, and things will remain very boring until it comes out like it always is on a day like this...
IF the overall market rallies hard after the news comes out, FAS will most likely participate in the rally but may still underperform the indexes like it has been doing all day...
If the market hates the FED Announcement, FAZ will surely take off bigtime...JMO
