Why are they NOT mailing out tender to shareholder....


Why do ppl have to download some thing off a site that even start with www.wams.ca

There no such thing as an Online Shareholder Tender Form.... That is not binding and is illegal.

They require your signture if they want your vote.


So far... no report of a buyout...NO mailed Tender form.
