Thanks Jking, I had read all that. What I want to know is given all that, who in their right mind would buy even one share in USXP? The daily volume has been as high as 37,000,000. Which is more than just one person buying, so why are there so many uninformed people buying this, that just boggles my mind.

Hopefully something comes of this. Currently I have a sell order for $4.00 a share, LOL and if there is anyone out there that NEEDS to buy, then maybe I'll be lucky, doubt it though.

As for the 700M in awards, she's willing to sell USPX's interest in that as well, but nobody wants to buy it for any price.

I'm surprised some penny company has not bought the interest from the trustee for 50k and listed the value for 700 hundred million .. pass it on to another empty shell they control an as asset, hire an awareness stock promoter to tie in with swine flue products .. for a huge pump and dump operation
