I completely agree. They're going to be first in line to get paid, so unless wamu loses every suit they have going right now, the H's WILL get paid.

Remember when WAMPQ was trading at 4.95 for weeks. It looks like the same thing with WAHUQ. It has been mid-7's for weeks. I think it is just a matter of time and this will double, easily. Someone has been slowly accumulating and whenever it looks like it could move up, small sells bring it down. Whoever is accumulating is not done quite yet.
