4/24/2009 and 4/28/2009

I know that this might seem trivial but this security has had news that should of moved the PPS of the stock much higher than it has due to the buy volume. The MM's selling this security are clearly manipulating the PPS. Please just look at the trades that went thru today 4/28/09, look real close at the last 10 minutes of the trading day. Something is not right, I know investment bankers who have dealt with this in the past and even they say "it's very obvious they're controlling and manipulating the price of the stock"
What can be done about this? The company is doing what they should be doing for the investors, but the wholesalers and retailers are just destroying the PPS for their own benefit.

Please BBDA investors go to this site and fill out what you can and send it in to the SEC.
Even if you don't think it will do anything.
If they get a boat load of complaints for the same reason they just might take a look at it.
