That news was disheartening -6-12 months before up listing.
Part of the reason for the delay might be due to reporting the financial results. If I look carefully at the data we had a Q that was missed. This might not be improtant. However, they might need to have two years reported with positive revenue. If this is correct, we might have to wait to up list until the 4Q financials are reported, sometime in Aug (?). Then they might be able to submit the application to up list. Then it becomes a question on how long the application needs to be reviewed by NasDaq.
Another statement worries me..
At the moment, the company has three drugs that are awaiting final approval from the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), including Bezoar Yijin tablets to treat inflammation, felodipine sustained-release tablets for hypertension, and Yuandu Hanbi capsules to relieve arthritis pain.
Where is the LFAA medicine? I thought that was going to be a cash cow. It seems that everything is taking it dandy time with GNPH.
Hopefully we will get some of the other medicines in the pipeline approved soon.
