Fsmith - tell me, would you have paid 500K for a shell that gave you only preferred shares which are good for nothing other than voting rights and not taken some common shares for reimbursement - I seriously doubt it. Chad simply chose to wait until the company looked like it was going to become profitable before obtaining his compensation for purchasing the shell. It's a grain of sand in a big ocean if he makes this company profitable and the shareholders along with it. Give him a break!
