Did you happen to notice how many MILLIONS of shares were distributed? Not exactly what many of us would call a fair compensation.

Yes, and here's how it really works...

Mr. Curtis controls the company in its entirety. He does little but sets his own pay which this past year looks to be almost 40 million shares. Since they have virtually nothing up and running and are still 'developing' their technology which they acquired from SRI, for what exactly did Mr. Curtis pay himself which was worth 85% of the company?

When legitimate companies pay shares, they generally hope to get something of value in return. MDOR doesn't appear to have received anything for its other common shareholders. Mr. Curtis is in this to game investors.

That should concern all shareholders who aren't Mr. Curtis or Mr. Glusic.
