If there is no buyout watch for the new PR's that involved the new contracts. Watch for the financials. Watch for the wowgreen commercial. All of the those put together will make the stock climb.

Once no counter offer comes, or some excuse as to why Jared won't sell at 50 cents you will see this tank. The HUGE share blocks being sold everyday here are pretty telling.
