Let's discuss PGYC. Let's discuss Bisante. Let's discuss Dan Ryan and the crew that have been managment here since 2007. Let's use a little logic with regards to this so called buy out plan. Let's talk about the possibility that a fortune 500 company will buy out a 99 year lease on a product that PGYC has gotten for what? Shares? No one knows. Let's talk about these ludicrous claims all eminating from an office shared with a porn website. That's a great management call right off the bat. There is zero evidence of any kind of real company being run here. Zero evidence of any real attempt to bring a product to market ( I thought that was the real gold here, right?) All we really know for sure in any of this is the cast of characters and accomplices, perpetrators of past frauds, mafia connected all.
