That would be fine. Let us not forget that the asset will be in operation in December 2009 and that the government gave tax credits for 3 years. I am hoping that with all the green energy talk people will discover that geothermal is the only to generate "base load" green power and Nevada has targets for green energy.
the 2nd quarter is historically choppy with pure development plays but the value of the asset alone divided by the O/S is above $1.25 book value alone.
