Why would those fourteen think they needed lawyers if they had nothing to hide?

I did not trust Megas at that time, so yes, I paid for a lawyer. In fact, I still do not trust the man due to the fact that as far as I can tell, he never made any attempt to sue the DTCC, but us shareholders were fine to go after.

A lawsuit is a lawsuit and Megas had been successful, everyone would have had that judgment on their personal credit records! Well, I guess that is not that big of a deal, since we were promised he was suing us in our best interests!
