IMO Under emergency conditions, large scale production could be ramped up in 3 to 6 weeks. The question is, is 6 weeks soon enough?

From what I've read so far, the current strain circulating goes from first symptoms to respiratory distress in 4 to 5 days. Then the incubation period reported is 1 to 3 days.

That is a fast moving virus.
