the so called 'seem to be effective' Tamiflu/Relenza work if it is taken soon enough and reduces the symptoms which gives the body an opportunity to recover. BO took his before he went on the Mexico trip which is the most effective way to combat the flu with this drug. But can one imagine if everyone wanted the drugs to take them ahead of any sickness or travel?...... Once the symptoms take hold, the effectiveness of the T/R options become less effective. If one waits a week or more, even LESS effectiveness.
