livefree_ordie: Gotta ask...

Do you own shares here or are planning to become an investor?

Also, I never said they'll get every single click throughout the entire world. Getting "their share" of 2D opportunities for those that follow the law in the U.S. and Europe (which, IMO, most, if not all will, especially here in the U.S. where Neustar is setting up to be THE 2D clearing house) will add up to a boatload of revenue. And, for elsewhere in the world where their patents do not reach, that's why they have their own advertising and media solutions, NeoReader and NeoSphere.

Did you forget this? http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS123318+09-Jul-2008+BW20080709

Ogilvy is huge and on our side. Oh, Publicis as well, in case you've forgotten... http://www.mobilecodes.org/

Oh, and your comment about them being "more in our court system thatn anywhere else to resolve such issues to help raise their PPS" is laughable! What basis would NEOM have to take companies to court in countries where their process isn't patent protected? In those countries, NEOM will compete in the open market just like everyone else in this space.

You're funny sometimes. :-)

If you listened to the conference call, IM stated that NeoMedia completely pulled out of China for the very reason of ZERO intellectual protection.
