Most likely the buyer has done its homework long before they made the offer.What we need is proof of these deals with TI Innovation,Toshent Overseas.If the company proves either the pps is going way up.

Then you still have the buyout on the table and with proof of these deals it puts alot of weight on the buyout.True or false we shall all know soon.
