agreed .. here's to market savvy
ceos .. in addition to their other
knowledge .. really a shame ..
bigger picture wise ..

we'll most likely never know
who was *destroyed* just cause
they could be ~ all the lost
revenue .. jobs .. taxes and
most importantly .. technologies
that were hamstrung ~ making this
country less competitive in both
the long and short run ~

now that is a study .. i'd be
interested in reading ~

i still think of a conversation
i had ... just about a year ago
with some VC guys .. who stated
that some of the co.s they helped
bring public back in the 90's
wouldn't be able to come public
today ~ due to sarbox and it's
unintended consequences

really amazing what has gone down
in the past decade ..

just grateful .. more seem to be
aware ~
