All shares in a big company would be allright. That way you have an option to sell, most large company stocks are holding steady which will give you a chance to sell. I wonder if they do a stock sale can they lock you in to holding the new shares?

Tough question. I have found that dumping half
on a nice pop serves pretty well and can hedge against
a downturn and still keeps you in the game for
the big announcement.
