Unfortunately there's never enough information given by Magnum to allow anyone to verify anything they say is legit. They could create their own Simco Group if they wanted to do so. There's a reason why information from Magnum is almost invariably incomplete.

It's certainly a big problem if management tries to keep shareholders in the dark while trying to pass off their constant useless promotion as 'transparency.'
