I think that pending no further significant news the impatient ones will slowly exit in hopes of getting in 3 months from now when the next scheduled deadline is reached. Till then flippers will take their money and play elsewhere. Of course if there is an announcement of a buyout or the bankruptcy is terminated via reorganization in the meantime then they will get caught watching the train pull away from the station. There is always risk trying to flip...
