I agree tall... you could definately read into that. usually info is not gagged between companies until something is happening and can't be confirmed or denied legally.
I have a feeling that SRE will be sucked up by Pinnacle if any kind of merger were to occur. SRE has the "business plan" in place already because of Mack, and it would be the easiest way for it to become publicly traded. Makes sense for both companies IMO.
