there is no reason why we shouldnt be in these ranges, 012 and lower was just stupid and one will never know why some just sold so very easily at the bid down there but i imagine the scratching of the head for some is beginning. This company has some very experienced people putting together a company that is going to supply a DEMAND. They arent doing this on hopes of getting students, they are building it for the students that are lined up at the door asking for this service.
