You may not see the big picture in what Moro said. You only want to see one side of the "material and concrete news".

You also need to consider that a notice of filing chapter is also material and concrete.

My comment: What Dr. Moro said vebatim was "As soon as we have concrete and material information ... we'll make it available via the appropriate channels." Did you notice the hedge words "as soon as we have?" Well, it is certainly a possibility that there will never be any future positive news. kag
