Dr. Moro has said in the past that he has "Many irons in the fire" and since ISOBM he has been talking to interested parties.

He also stated that talks were delayed due to one of the companies being involved in a merger.

He may have not said today that he is negotiating, but he has said recently that negotiations are happening.
