So, do you think his statement is accurate? How can you turn a blind eye to what is obviously a slew of benefits for Berlin?

- Hot Water / Heat for Fraser (helps to save 250 jobs)
- Much needed tax revenue
- More than 250 ancillary jobs
- Beautification of an otherwise contaminated stie
- Fund to supply loans to local loggers
- More taxes to schools means a better school system, which yields another slew of benefits
- Willingness to work with the city to purchase the remaining NAD property and to set up a non-profit org on the site.


What's the alternative? You sure Mr. Goudreau has his head on straight? Even you, Rich, cannot deny the benefits that come along with this project?
