There is a major backlog for the r/s to process, someone posted here before that it could take up to 3-4 weeks. My scenario is as follows:

they have the audit in their possession, they wont release it until a couple of days before they know exactly when the r/s will happen. then bam the stock goes up and they do a r/s!!
