means IMHO, that a lot of pink sheet stocks have O/S shares in the Billions
With all those restricted shares, float is very low compared to other pink stocks.
Also I would like to mention one more time that TNRI is registered with the department of Mines in Ontario Canada and it is very unlikely that this company is a fraud. imo
