Heard it from a discussion going on with the PinkLawyer(think she uses a different handle now)...and that was a few years ago. Anyway the costs are like a few thousand by using an established ticker compared to a few hundred thousand from starting fresh.Penny TA was in on the discussion but don't bug him on it please.
