Yes, the end result numbers do however we differed on how we arrived there. Either way, all is clear now and we can expect (based on the current R/S ratio) a resulting O/S of ~20 million shares, with a float of ~1 million shares. Should move pretty easy if they get some good updates out, either pre or post R/S.
