Thank you for that clarification, and yes, since it would be from the date of issue (which would happen at closing) we should have plenty of time from which to make a move to higher levels. Question is though, will they commence a PR program prior to the closing so the price appreciates heading into the split, or commence it after the split, where the float will essentially be non-existant at likely around 1 million or so shares? These numbers assume a pre-split number of around ~10 million shares.
