Rich, the battle is over for CPD in Berlin. If PSNH will not negotiate a deal with them, their project has no chance for success. The price per kilowatt for CPD to produce power is TOO high. Gabler forget to mention that (WHOOPS!).

CPD sounded good in theory, but when you crunch the numbers, it doesn't add up. A project needs to be economically viable to be considered for financing. Laidlaw is, CPD is not. That's the difference and it reflects on the way that NH's largest utility provider has chosen to do business.
