with respect, you are simply making excuses for the company.
The problem with your argument is that they didn’t say they lost the credit, they claimed they were not interested in being minority partners. Big difference.
Anything to do with losing financing is an assumption on your part. And an excuse for why the company pumped us all full of JV crap and then pulled the rug out after a very short amount of time. Again, did they ever intend to execute those JVs.
