Of all places for a Supreme court debate to break out. :0)
You guys be careful you don't educate Barnett on new ways to relieve people of their earnings because I guarantee he's reading with great interest.

dhwco, sigh!!!, Here again, you are talking about a completely subjective opinion, let me make it really simple, there is absolutely no legal limits or regulations as to what the BOD can approve for compensation of employees, vendors, consultants, and etc., this includes officers, if they were to decide that the Corp can conduct operations with 10% of their yearly revenue, and that they want to pay the employees (officers) and consultants the other 90%, thus draining off all profit, there is absolutely nothing that prevents them from doing that, even your lawsuit.

And speaking of lawsuits, there is a reason why Delaware is a very popular place to form and maintain Corporations, and its not because its shareholder friendly, but sure, you could petition the Del. Court of Chancery, in OOAGs case, for your disagreement with their business decisions, although I cant think of any torte that would fall under, but again, you will be suing the Corporation since the officers and Directors are almost definitely indemnified against civil lawsuits, oh, and make sure you have a well stocked wallet cause youre going to need it.

Now, my opinion, if I was to make a poor investment decision and invest in a company run as the examples Ive provided, or OOAG, I would dump it, lick my wounds, learn from my mistakes, and strive to make better decisions in the future, but then again, I treat every investment as a separate business venture and I have a well defined exit strategy to handle its rise or fall, in fact, I wont even own a stock without preset stop loss orders GTC, and the lowest point I ever set was a trailing 15%, normally I go with 8-10% to start and tighten it up a little once in the money, this tactic greatly limits my loss risk.

BTW, Im not a "he" thank you very much.
