I was also thinking this might be intentional to get delisted for two weeks? If a major announcment came prior to being traded again it would build excitement.

it should be able to trade on the pinks, BUT Welwind would have to get an MM to take it on, which it could easily, BUT then they know the PPS would go subpen ny and FAST....hhhmm.
