The deal to sell a large fixed asset did not occur, not sure the reason, Price? timing? financing? took the asset off the auction block for future turnaround?
I believe this is the main reason BK was filed so quickly, our gain for sure. This is a very interesting situation and only because of the unique economic times we are seeing, not likely to occur but one every 50 years or so.
The chemical business is big business and how this all plays out will be dynamic and at times gut wrenching. This stock could really start gyrating without any notice. Most likely to occur when you least expect it. One hint of a confirmed asset sale or business increase could set this into orbit.
We are on the launching pad and the clock is ticking.
