there is difference if coming from the company or direct from users, the consumers.

a company can say a lot of things or promise a lot of things related to their product; but if people experience it firsthand, see the results in action, they become believers. it gives confirmation to the phrase "seeing is believing".

we know the company (WBC) is working from the top down (going direct to distributors, national accounts, mass retailers), the methods you mention is how we "consumers" can start the information and informing from the bottom up. if the distributors, national accounts, mass retailers, local stores, are getting hit from both directions, it becomes a no-brainer decision on carrying the product. demand is apparent and will likely further increase as awareness increases.
