Don't worry about it, apparently someone jumped the gun because the 10K didn't come out when they wanted it and changed the ticker symbol by adding the E to the end of the ticker symbol, but UVSEE doesn't exist in the system so the value in the database is pointing to an empty field. It'll get fixed soon enough. The filing will come out and the E will be removed, even though it shouldn't have been added since the SEC already approved extra time to get the filing in. As I posted earlier, pay attention to the expire date:

OMB APPROVAL
OMB Number: 3235-0058
Expires: April 30, 2009
Estimated average burden hours per response . . . 2.50

As an example of the expire date, HAYZ just filed a NT10-K also today, it has the same expire date, yet UVSE's was filed on 3/31/2009. The SEC ordered the audit, so they approved the extra time for the 10K, because they were responsible for tieing up the company in the first place.

I've had that happen before with etrade. A company had a letter added to it and it went to 0 for about a day before they updated it. I ran to check if that company had gone bankrupt but just a delay in the update.
