As I see it, that perspective is completely out of the question. As far as i know, about 5,000 shareholders have sizable holdings.
On a possible takeover, the previous attempt by MVSN was -- luckily -- a total and complete failure, and was rightly resisted by management. Any takeover attempt might clarify to all shareholders that the real value per share of what they are holding is well over $1, but then most of us have understood that already. The quoted SP is being held back by the time taken to get on to the AMEX , which has been lengthened by all the other advances being made, but, from now on, progress is likely to speed up, IMO.
